3. Coaching Services
Wendy offers individual coaching services, including a 12-week private coaching program.

Weekly 60-minute individual coaching sessions conducted through Zoom.
Personal reflections and practical next steps following sessions.
Weekly reflection prompts and action sheets.
Tools and guidance related to boundaries, communication, decision-making, and personal development.
A free introductory call is an opportunity to discuss your needs and determine whether coaching is appropriate. Scheduling or attending this call does not create a coaching relationship or obligate either party to enter into an agreement.
Coaching fees, payment arrangements, scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, and other program conditions will be communicated and agreed upon separately before coaching begins.
If you become a coaching client, a separate coaching agreement may apply. Where the terms of that agreement differ from these website terms, the coaching agreement will govern the coaching relationship.
